It is obvious they have no clue how this law affects the hardworking people actually performing the work. So now, all of the self employed business appraisers have been targeted for the lousy banks greedy business practices. So it looks to me that best case is my income cut in half, since the AMC's are taking a large cut for emailing me an order, or worse.....since this law went into affect, I have not received 1 appraisal. I am "so called - approved" with over 30 AMC companies. I am basically out of business! Is anyone out there getting orders? Is this some scam that the AMC's are giving all the orders to a few select appraisers and the rest get nothing. Great job.....you government idots!
